This beautiful 1991 E30 M3 is one of the last 250 M3’s of its generation to roll off the production line. It appears to be in good condition for a drivers car and was purchased from the original owner by the seller just a few years ago. It’s currently being offered here on eBay for $39,999 or best offer.
The body appears to be in good condition though it was painted within the last few years. The rear turn signals were shaved during the repaint, and a euro spec front bumper was installed giving the car that evolution appearance.
The seller notes it’s mechanicals have been well sorted, with a long list of maintenance and repairs performed to the S14 including: timing chain, valve adjustment, tune up, gaskets and cooling system. The suspension has new Bilstein sport shocks, new brakes, bearings and control arm bushings.
The interior sports a crack free dashboard, which can be very hard to source and expensive during an E30 restoration. The seats are original and the original airbag steering wheel is present. Often times the original airbag wheels are removed in favor of an M-tech I or M-tech II sport steering wheel which can hurt the collector’s value slightly.
With only 142,000 miles on a fully rebuilt gauge cluster, this example seems to be worthy of further investigation.
